We purchased a Maax 471 hot tub from Custom Pool and Spa a few months ago. We wanted to share our experience with everyone as it was far better than we had ever imagined. We visited the showroom where we were greeted by a warm welcome. They went through all the options with us and they know their stuff very well. They provided service which we really liked. They came and dropped off the hot tub, set it up for us in less than an hour. The whole experience was effortless. So glad we bought a hot tub from Custom Pool and Spa; it was well worth it and we are now enjoying our hot tub every evening.

I am ecstatic over the entire experience and purchase of my new 470 Maax Spa. I had stopped at Custom Pool and Spa second on my route looking at hot tubs. The staff knew I was not ready to jump the gun, so they were not pushy. They gave me the tools I needed to compare. Needless to say I wasted an entire day going around to all the local Spa places when in fact my second stop should have been my last! It was wonderful how the staff was able to answer all the questions that came up with all the other places before I even knew they would come up! They know their product....better yet, they know what sets them apart from the rest! Thanks again Custom Pool and Spa! You were right! My new tub is the best 20 min of my day! The level of service we experienced at Custom Pool and Spa was second to none. We were on the fence on whether or not a tub was for us, but with my back problem I needed something. We were blown away that we could "test drive" a tub. My wife and I gladly accepted the offer and gave it a shot. After trying out the tub my back was loosened up and I was leaving with one!
