PREPAID POOL SERVICE CALL - PRIORITY SERVICE QUEUE. A service call is for an hour or less and does not include parts. We will come onsite, diagnose the issue and advise you as to what needs to be done. Hopefully we won't need any parts and we can fix your issue within the hour, but if we do need parts or if the resolution takes longer than an hour, we can supply you the quote on the spot. If we have the parts in stock, we will fix it the same day. A service representative will contact you to confirm the scheduling of your service call!

We will remove the sand from your filter and dispose of it properly and add the new sand. We will inspect all internal components and contact you if we feel that they should be replaced. We will clean up any mess we made, install new high-quality silica sand and you should be good for another 5 years.
